A little clarification on the license plate ruling: The courts ruled in favor of the state of Texas over the Sons of Confederate Veterans. The dispute being that the State of Texas issued a statement saying the SoCV could not have the confederate flag printed as a special license plate. The court sided with the state essentially because they deemed that license plates are gov't issued and are therefore gov't property, not the property of the individual receiving the license plate. The most odd part of this is in my opinion is that the state of Texas was against the motion in the first place.
We're amazing at basketball! Life-long NY Rangers fan here originally from LI where there are actually a TON of Rangers fans (Let's Go Rangers!). LI certainly has better pizza, bagels, Chinese, and gyros but as far as food in general I'd have to say Queens takes the cake! Interesting little tid-bit, thanks Rob-G!
Thank you for that second video that I can now show to all my country listening friends. Nothing like trucks, beers, riverbeds at night, and "girl".
I loved this record when it came out! Some unbelievable playing on that bad boy.
I think it has to be country, but the soundtrack to the film MUD is absolutely incredible. It has just this weeping drawl I can't get enough of. It's so good I don't even know if it's really country.
STYG covering Cute without the E would be fucking rad! I think I'd wanna hear Emmure cover a Boys Night Out song, though I'm not sure which one haha
Yeah I lived on LI for a bit then moved to Jamaica, Queens. I usually just tell people NYC because when people ask about my hometown and I say "Jamaica" they think I mean the other Jamaica haha. Yeah I miss the crazy food variety from back home and the overall 24/7-ness of it. (Where I live now most things close around 9-9:30pm) I also naturally miss some family I still have there and home Rangers games at MSG.
Hey Hubski! I'm a Filmmaker/Commercial Producer in Texas. I graduated from a university in NYC (where I'm originally from) with a degree in Film Production. Filmmaking is my passion (specifically post production) but producing commercials is my bread and butter. I play a variety of video games like anything from Call of Duty to Stealth: A Clone in the Dark. I'm also a martial artist, unicycle enthusiast, and an avid DnD player. It's nice to meet all of you!
