This type of quick documentation about programming languages is what people need. Programmers that want to learn a new language just want to understand the basics without the need to reading endless pages of documentation. The best approach is some examples well explained.

I think is the most important element of learning. The curiosity, and the creativity are fundamentals. This remember me the TED Talk of Ken Robinson, "How schools kill creativity". It's the most viewed video of TED, and it's brilliant.

My opinion about this is: if you can't give a positive feedback about something, don't give a feedback. Have your post ignored by the community could be worse than receive downvotes. And if you only allow upvotes you only can share your positive feelings in the voting system.

Yeah, I read 2 or 3 books on Kindle for Android, but my biggest problem in reading more books, digital or solid, is the huge amount of distraction a tablet/smartphone provides.

Well, I read since my my teenage years, but when I bought my first tablet I read less and less.

Goddammit tablets and smartphones, I liked to read!

In fact, the bands I suggested were from Brazil. ;-)
