Did the same thing with my parents yesterday. Brought our own chairs, sat in their back garden, and chatted for a couple of hours. It's the most I've gotten to see them in two months. And was surprisingly exhausting. My mind is so constantly "scanning for threats" and second-guessing everything I am doing, to make sure I am not going to be the vector that infects my 73 and 83-year old parents, that everything I do or think is using an extraordinary amount of processing power. On the plus side, I got to drive by kleinbl00's birth center and wave at the empty building, and admire his artistry on his big electronic signboard thingie. So there's that. :-)
We would meet up a lot more often... but my in-laws were germaphobes BEFORE this situation. They are now 100% out of control. I honestly wasn't sure they'd get out of their car. I think our ridiculous, over-the-top preparations made them think it might be ok.
Looks like you got yourselves a sit-off. Is the keyboard wired into the car?
