That looks dope, actually. I'm not much of a fan of corn on the cob meself; I'll eat it in a fresh corn salad before I'll eat it on the cob.

Cold corn, cold black beans, diced tomatoes, chopped Walla Walla Sweet onion, lemon juice, and let it sit in the fridge for a couple hours to cool, and let the flavors meld together. Yeah... it's corn salsa. So what? Eat it with a fork and call it Corn Salad, and it is still delicious!
