This is the recipe for the meatloaf. It's kind of nice, because it's pretty bare bones, so you can easily modify it and add your own twist. This is the recipe for the corn sauce. It's actually really good, but kind of messy to eat on the cob. This might be blasphemous, but I think I might have liked it better with corn off the cob, just because it'd be a bit neater to eat.

Cold corn, cold black beans, diced tomatoes, chopped Walla Walla Sweet onion, lemon juice, and let it sit in the fridge for a couple hours to cool, and let the flavors meld together. Yeah... it's corn salsa. So what? Eat it with a fork and call it Corn Salad, and it is still delicious!
