Huh. Never ate potatoes like that, but it does look good. $3.78 is pretty damn good; thanks for joining in!

That's how potatoes are done for breakfast tacos, right?

_refugee_  ·  3710 days ago  ·  link  ·

These potatoes are similar to home fries which are a popular breakfast side.

I don't know; I don't really eat eggs, so breakfast tacos are usually off my radar, but if you say so.

You don't eat eggs? If I ever get to dictate the challenge, Ima be tempted to make it eggs. So versatile! Gotta be some egg dish you can stand eating...

humanodon  ·  3710 days ago  ·  link  ·

Yeah dude, not sure why either. I used to eat them as a kid but now I have an extreme aversion.

Man, that sucks. Could be worse- have a friend who considers himself a foodie but can't stomach cheese in any form other than melted cheddar.

humanodon  ·  3710 days ago  ·  link  ·

I'm pretty sure it's psychosomatic, I'm just not sure why. Maybe it's just by chance, but all of my serious girlfriends have been absolutely enamored with eggs. There's probably no connection . . . but what if there is?

Hah, what if it's some Freudian isht? You afraid of long-term commitment (read: babies), or what?

humanodon  ·  3708 days ago  ·  link  ·

Commitment? No (I think). Babies? Ehhhhh . . . maybe. I am not yet worthy to be someone's father.

I am not yet worthy to be someone's father.
Is anybody, really? If that were the prerequisite, our species would be in peril.
humanodon  ·  3707 days ago  ·  link  ·

Yeah . . . you're right but isn't our species always in peril?
