How the fuck did they not pick the Pikeville Convention Center? That tower was probably picked because everything else in that part of town is a flat big-box store/building and the tower is the only thing within five miles with any character. And yes, it is ugly.

There must have been a "looming city hall" trend, because both city halls on the list lean outwards, and Dallas built one too.
