Wow - thanks for reminding me to write. We were heading to a bar mitzvah in Boston and two weeks ago, the boy who was all set to be a man, was suddenly offered a new liver -- he had been in line for a transplant for a while. Everything was moved back to the weekend of April 20, 2018, so I won't be in Boston now, but I hope then. Also our Toronto-Boston Air Canada tickets were non-refundable. They were willing to give us $168 credit, but we'd have to pay $200 transfer fee to collect the $168 credit. No thank you. And I learned that airport taxes were half the $168 - and they will refund me $84 taxes, but not automatically.
