I'm picking between a few restaurants, mainly am aiming for an outdoor seating with a quiet view, but will plan with the weather in mind. Cheers

Wow. Sorry to say, and no pun intended, this hurricane wasn't even on my radar. Some preliminary models show it hitting the United States as far north as North Carolina on Saturday morning, but these things are notoriously hard to predict. Goodness. Hope your plans aren't rained out!
It was a chance text from my mom during her road trip to Florida that made me aware of this storm: "Keep an eye on Matthew for us!" I had to look it up to figure out what she was talking about. We might be justified in forgetting about tropical storms. There was a ten year drought of hurricanes, male or female, which ended just last month.
Hmm. Back in my days of idly reading the Scrabble dictionary (age 7; coolest person on the block), herstory was one of the highlighted words. At eight letters, it would've been a rare play, and I never pulled it off. Maybe someone, someday, will play himmicane.
Damn kinda had to be a double triple there I guess I will now share my greatest scrabble moment, apropos I was down like 200 with maybe ten tiles left in the bag, and I popped down SIERRAN for 80-odd points, but in doing so set my opponent up for the triple, couldn't be helped, I had to play SIERRAN and pray I drew the last seven tiles I was going to get and it was UNKETED, which is nothing and has the potential to be nothing. But then I thought, well, junket can actually be a verb and I looked around and the J wasn't out yet, and then I thought man my opponent is totally gonna play the J on the top center triple here for the automatic 24 and I am totally gonna drop JUNKETED on her ass And then she did, icing me, putting me down 125 or so with one play and zero tiles left So then I played JUNKETED immediately like I was waiting for it, which I was, and I went out as she went into shock My finest hour. I still have a picture. Thanks for tuning in
So in my story, I had SURPING which I didn't even realize I had, but as I started to lay down other tiles (this is Words with friends, so I can lay down tiles and think about them before pulling them back up) I realized I had an ING combination. And what I've learned from playing a LOT of words with friends (among other things) is that if you have an ING combination, always fucking try and find a verb you can play that ING combination with. PURSING came to mind, but there was nowhere to play it. And then I found an L and it lined me up with a triple word score PLUS (this is words with friends) theres a 50 point (or 35 who cares) bonus for playing all your words and basically ka ching ka ching ka ching ka chiiiiiiing i'm so proud
We're going to The Food Market at 5pm Saturday. Made a reservation for four. Cheers hubskiverse!
