Where'd you find that picture?
It's actually a photo taken by Mark Bialek and it was for the Ann Arbor Observer. Mark has a site called Ann Arbor Nights where you can see more of his work. He's a great photographer and was fun to work with. He stopped by Hubski momentarily. AnnArborNights, you doing alright these days?

Check this out guys; it's a shot of State Theater I just took. Poured glycerin on outside of my car windshield, went back inside car, and shot a closeup of the State Theater sign reflecting in it as it dripped down. Abstract time...
Those are beautiful images. That one with the State Theatre sign and the lightening is ominous. They all have an other-worldy effect on me. Very well done Mark! We have some fun around here with a weekly #photochallenge, you should join in. The most recent is "memory"
Hey, thanks. I'm working on a blog post for State Theater shots, and one for Mich Theater shots. Still shooting though to get more. In that abstract I need to find a way to shoot it so the sign is at least slightly recognizable. Working on it...
What's new? We had a meetup in Detroit recently which I completely should have shouted-out to you about. It was a blast and could have benefited from a professional photographer. Wow, cool. Integrating it into my wordpress (Ann Arbor Nights) blog might take more knowledge than I have though. Not sure how it would work. I could always uninstall it if it doesn't work right? I would like a place for comments on my blog as the other wordpress comments on my blog were utterly useless. Spam all day long is all I got. Heading out on a job. I'll try to post soon. I got a shoot at Ross Biz school today. Shooting candid photos for a big website redesign they are doing.
