Yep, those are the important and hard to make bits of a gun.
In the future it will probably be illegal to 3D print a gun with a working firing pin or lower receiver. Those are the only parts of a gun you need a licence to buy with current US law.

Just did a image search for it and I only found it on that original site. I think It might be real not sure honestly.
