I'm probably too late to the thread for anybody to see this, but here's mine:

I want to own 2 small businesses next door to each other: one is an arcade that has monthly Mario Kart/SSB/Goldeneye/other-retro-game tournaments, and a small theater in the back where I'd play old and nerdy movies for a cheap price. The second business is a cat cafe with coffee, tea, and ice cream.

I haven't given in to the thought of this being a completely far-fetched dream yet.

Come to Detroit, and hook up with the Cass City Cinema! Its an abandoned high school that now plays movies in the old theater/auditorium. The rest of the place is gathering dust, as far as I know. Would be perfect for an arcade :)
