A Miami Police officer was arrested at gunpoint and charged with reckless driving after allegedly leading the Florida Highway Patrol on a seven-minute chase in his squad car at speeds that reached 120 mph on Florida’s Turnpike in Broward County earlier this month.
A highway patrol trooper pulled out her gun to arrest Fausto López, 35, after he reportedly ignored repeated warnings to stop.

When I was a waiter, we used to have a game where we would challenge each other as to who could say "meow" more in their "menu presentation". "Right meow we're serving the Halibut with a side of chestnut polenta... it's delicious. Shall I bring your appetizers out meow or shall I wait...." Best job I ever had. Right sounds_sound?

We had a good time didn't we? Don't remember the chestnut polenta, but that porcini crusted halibut was the shit. I wish I could have that dish right meow.

The Chestnut Polenta was a seasonal treat that only became available in the fall. That said, I bet they have it on the specials menu meow.

I still use my gratzi cook book every now and then. made the pollo al marsala con funghi the other day. i think i ate that dish the most. not the snappiest entree, but it's as solid as they come. kinda like a gin and tonic - when all else fails....
