"Masks are required at this facility" was excellent cover when masks were required at all facilities. They are now required at all health care facilities which is pretty obvious when you're at a hospital, much less so when you're at the dentist. There's also no indication of when that order will be rescinded. They rolled everything else back in September while pointedly leaving mask rules in place for health care facilities.
