I'm enjoying some left over halloween candy at work.
I tore into this little bag of skittles, dumped them out on my desk, and as I reached to throw way the bag, I noticed there was still one stuck inside. I glanced, saw the lemony yellow and thought "meh" and threw it out. I thought more about that decision and realized I have a much more structured approach to skittles than I often care to admit:
1 - Eat the yellows first - and if one is suck in the bag, well, that's just collateral damage. 2 - Red or purple next - depends on the day. 3 - savor and enjoy the green 4 - eat the oranges one at a time to ensure every last second of orangey goodness is enjoyed.
If you have a skittle order... what is it?
This robot is for you then: http://hackaday.com/2012/11/05/skittles-sorting-machine-sort...
1 - I sort them out into colours. 2 - Eat one of the colour with the most amount of skittles. 3 - Repeat 2 until I have an equal amount of each colour. 4 - Experiment with putting together pairs of different colored skittles until I have none left.
I make sure to set aside an orange and green to enjoy together at the end. The rest is a free-for-all!
