- Just last week, the internet thrilled to The Linda Lindas, screaming and crunching power chords in the middle of the stacks of the Los Angeles Public Library. "Racist, Sexist Boy" — written and performed by four tween and teen punks calling out anti-Asian American bias and misogyny — immediately became something of a 2021 anthem. ("Poser! Blockhead! Riffraff! Jerk face!")
Good. They deserve a chance to speak on a bigger stage. Saw that video and thought, "someone is planning for this to go viral. Pop/punk asian girls with guitars? In a LIBRARY? During COVID lockdown? Yep. This is well orchestrated." And I'm happy for them!

I thought the same. And I too am happy for them. Hope they can follow it up with some awesome music.

Their EP is on spotify, and it SLAPS SO HARD. Really, really, great. I can't wait to see how they develop over time, and who they inspire.
