Oh my god this is the best. I have random very vivid dreams all the time - recently I dreamed my parents came over to my apartment, were sitting in my kitchen, and told me my energy bills were high because my dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer were running all the time, I tried to protest, and they went, "Oh really? They're not on all the time?" and as I fell silent I realized I could hear them both running - but I have not had a hubski dream.

Yet.

I was so bugged to be woken up in the middle of it - but so excited that I had to just type as fast as possible to get it all out there. I knew there were too many details I was already forgetting. It was a fantastic dream to start the day.

I will say I often use my dreams for writing fodder.

Apparently, as I realized in the shower this evening, I didn't actually find a container of Pantene conditioner in my bathroom closet the other night - it was just a dream. I know this, because I cannot actually find any physical container of hair conditioner anywhere in my apartment at the moment.

Dreams are funny like that, you know?

This is my life. I used to have dreams about getting ready in the morning only to wake up and realize I'm late and don't have the time to do anything I dreamt.

One time I tried to keep a dream journal and I thought it worked out great. I had a really vivid dream and instantly upon waking I grabbed my journal to write it all out. Then about halfway through my day I realized that I dreamt all of that...I never wrote in the damn journal. It was all just a dream. Haven't tried again since.
