Especially with heroin. Lost an old highschool friend the same way a few days ago. Having my own addictions I can't really judge. I just wish that people on the brink could get better help before it's too late.relapse can be lethal
I don't think anyone has room to judge. Addictions to drugs often have more to do with mental health and societal attitudes towards than it does anyone's life decisions. People use drugs to cope with pain, to stave off or deal with mental demons, or to have a sense of control ("The people who I feel control my life tell my I can't do drugs because they're bad. I will do drugs to show myself that I have control over something in my life"). If we had better mental health care, and didn't demonize substances, IMO we could likely have a lot less drug addicts.Having my own addictions I can't really judge.
