I just ate my first. Holy shit, the crispy bacon fat part...

The chocolate seems to remain pretty stable as I let them cool before dipping. Still, I am keeping them chilled.

It cracked nicely, great mouthfeel.

Next time I am pulling out the toothpicks before dipping them. As the bacon crisps, it holds the marshmallow, and the chocolate will seal the deal. Without the toothpick, you could just pop the whole thing in your mouth.
