What do you do in the middle of the week? Go shopping, run errands, go to the post office or the car wash. All the things that normal people do on the weekends. Or relax. Or find a coffee shop or something. Find some people without real jobs. You could go to a kids park with a toy stroller and toy baby and freak out all the housewives and nannys. That would be fun. Or just hang out on Hubski.
Going to start frequenting a couple of shops around hear to see if I can't pick up a day a week at one of them to learn more about coffee and small-scale roasting, brewing methods, etc...wonder what the odds of that working out are.
