Going to start frequenting a couple of shops around hear to see if I can't pick up a day a week at one of them to learn more about coffee and small-scale roasting, brewing methods, etc...wonder what the odds of that working out are. On the other hand, maybe I'll just do this.Or find a coffee shop or something. Find some people without real jobs.
You could go to a kids park with a toy stroller and toy baby and freak out all the housewives and nannys. That would be fun.
