Good luck! I hope you are able to transfer, but if not I wish you well in your decision. There are a lot of opportunities out there and you are in a position to take your time, which is great. When talking with your wife, come prepared with a piece of paper that has positives and negatives written down for "working for a smaller company," and ask her to contribute to the list. Thanks man. This is really good advice. She's a very rational woman so this might help her see where I'm coming from here. There are emotional factors in play as well, so maybe I ought to list how I'm feeling about everything and why. Hopefully she won't be overwhelmed by too much information.
