This was posted 5 days ago and judging by the amount of appreciation kleinbl00's comment received and my own two cents, I think it seems veen was the winner. Can we call it? If so, veen would be the one to choose the next challenge. My wife and I are doing this thing where we each cook twice a week. We plan our meals on Sunday's, therefore it would be SOOO Awesome if I actually knew about the next challenge prior to the day I cook so I can plan accordingly. Again, I apologize Complexity for not being a participant in your historical challenge, it was an interesting idea that was thwarted by power outages and travel. I will definitely partake in the next installment though.
