It's cool because it's a play on "artsy fartsy". And its sort of a jab at the people that say Lupe's material is too convoluted or obnoxiously pretentious.
It's an interesting song, a bit preachy but a nice listen. I think when an artist likes something enough to be preachy they are also quite passionate and gets that passion though.
But this is the kind of rap/hip-hop I usually listen to;
So I like preachy.
...everything is better than Lazers. F&L2 had Lamborghini Angels which is the biggest hype song he's done and I love it so I can let certain aspects of that album slide.
Didn't know Lupe had a new one coming out, this is a promising first song to hear from it. Hoping it's better than F&L2 and Lazers.
