I hope some breakthrough in prophylactic technology happens this year. There's always that "condom moment" between two people, even if it's really subtle and manifests as just a slight hesitation. It's that moment where fun, vivid living is intruded upon by the possibility of a pregnancy with a relative unknown, a life altering illness or even death. Going soft on condom innovation is not an option. Or, that's how I'd make a pitch to a condom manufacturer, if I knew one.
