I don't usually make resolutions unless there is something pressing, and if there is something pressing, I don't wait for the new year to make a resolution.

That being said, I do have a fairly mundane one this year. I just got married, so my resolution is to sit down with a financial planner to sketch out a retirement path for my wife and I, along with a workable budget.

The second is to start writing actual songs and recording them.
