Sorry, I used 'everyone' in a more local sense. I'm surrounded by people who don't believe that I was stupid enough to decline a university placement in England. People who really want to emigrate. I don't feel like that.
Grad school is not a means to an end. Go to grad school because you want to learn the material, or because you wouldn't be happy doing anything else other than academic research.
Right now, it's my aspiration to work as a researcher. We'll see if this will change next summer.
If you want more money, or better employment prospects, stick with the Bachelor's.
Different job market. Because studying at the national/public university is free, you will find that there aren't many people who don't choose to get a masters degree.
