Today I skipped breakfast, had maybe half a cup of coffee, went to the gym and didn't actually feel hungry at all! I'll keep this going and see how the results are.
quinoa and lentils are the way most my vegetarian friends go, if that's any help.
Wow, I didn't think that was real and googled it... 680 calories and 2130mg sodium... I don't know what to say about that.
They seem WAAY too excited about that.
I would still try it, though...
I try to skip dinner, usually (though I'm seldom successful in doing so) and I don't notice extra hunger at breakfast time, but I always thought that it had to do with me sleeping inbetween and not something that could be replicated with other meals.
I'll try to skip breakfast instead and see how that works for me.
