I feel that whether you feel whole or not, here's a good comic from one of my favorite webcomic artists, Aaron Diaz, that seems apt.

This is his big ongoing work. Definitely go into the archives to start with at least the beginning of the current story line, Dark Science, or the very beginning if you can.
