Is this the kind of link that's okay to post here, or should one preferably start a discussion instead? It's my first day here so I'm still trying to find my way around.
Yes. There's nothing we encourage more than for authors to link their own work (well, except may to just write it here in the first place!), especially if the author is a contributing member of the community who is willing to engage about their writing. Edit: I had only read the title when I responded, and I assumed that given your username that this was your work. Anyway, it's still good, and continue to post whatever you feel is worth sharing or talking about.
Hi Seneca If you find something that interests you, definitely share it. To enhance your post and invite discussion, you might pick one of the epistles like On the reason for withdrawing for the world - and say that you find it relevant to your life, particularly because of the booty problem. Then quote: Let there be as little booty as possible on your person.
You might tell us something as well (some of us are 14 years old) - something like "Seneca" was writing in first century (Do I have the right Seneca?).
