I work at Starbucks.

Its not actually hard to make drinks, and they're pretty much all terrible for you.

Also, the most caffeine per drink is from regular coffee. Lighter coffee roasts have more caffeine.

I don't think plain old coffee is bad for you. I would argue that it's quite healthy. But I'm sure you're talking about everything else they sell, which is basically coffee flavored sugar.

Maybe not, but different preparations of coffee can affect the benefits of coffee greatly. This goes for tea as well.

Lattes are fine if nonfat, same with cappucinos. Flavored lattes add another 100-200 calories.

The new problem is our new food. We used to have a turkey and swiss sanwich. 11g of fat, not terrible and less with no mayo. New sandwich? Turkey havarti, 15g of fat or more. Its not good man.

Just another thing you can't have I guess.
