I like this technology is defined by it's ability to help empty out a ketchup bottle. There are so many other potential applications to this, basically anything where you want minimize friction along the inner walls of a vessel. But, it's nice that something so complicated can be simplified down to a practical application that everybody can understand, and maybe even make them more interested in it.

It brought to mind the scene in the movie Christmas Vacation, where Chevy Chase takes a food additive product and adds it to the bottom of their sled. The result of which is it going incredibly fast because of the lack of friction. But ketchup is nice too

That is such a classic movie, we watch it every Christmas season. But yes, that's exactly it. You know you have a great product when it can applied to just about anything, be it sleds, ketchup bottles, or whatever else.
