I really like these posts. So, this week a friend introduced me to Father John Misty and Alt-J. I'm sure I was way late to the party on both. So far, I'm digging both. sounds_sound posted this song by Julia Holter that I really dug a lot. Hmmm... what else have I listened to? I posted Django Django -Django Django -the Complete album, the other day. I had not listened to it prior to posting it. I'm enjoying it. btw, flagamuffin... That documentary was interesting, see thread. Father John Misty track is really tight (though didn't strike me as too folky), not so the music video, but that's just a product of the times. Will definitely look into snatching that album. (EDIT: Now I'm Learning to Love the War was beautiful, wow oh wow.) The Alt-J track was very cool as well (but what the hell is with music videos these days?).
