Fave pizza recipe right here. Whole pizza from scratch to stomach in under an hour. You follow any recipe yourself or go on the fly? Oooh, and what did you use for sauce? I’ve never once had a good experience with tomato sauce, no matter how thick or thin the spread. Tell you what, though: try pesto base. suuuuper thin and the cheese sticks well enough to the crust when done.
I did follow a recipe. I'd have to dig it up, but it was basically water/sugar/yeast, let it proof, then add it to flour and oil. I added a bit more flour because mine was really sticky, but it was still pretty sticky. Then let rise for 1.5 hours. The sauce was just marinara sauce from a jar. The recipe I followed suggested it instead of pizza specific sauce. I think it turned out ok. My sauce thickness was a little variable, but everything held together well. I'll try your link. Not needing to wait for it to rise is a big plus.
