It's bikeexpert's comment on this post that KB linked to today:
bikeexpert hasn't deleted his account. https://hubski.com/user/bikeexpert He still follows me, which means he never has. He wouldn't be green if he'd deleted his account 'cuz it purges all your follows. He would have had to re-follow me, which I would have been notified of via email. You're seeing a glitch and attributing it to policy. Which is okay, except that it's a policy that I vehemently oppose and would quit using this site immediately over.
