see... If this was Tiffany wanting to only use prayer for her own healing.... I'm 100% fine with that - THAT is religious freedom. When Rachel the daughter/caregiver is imposing her religious belief on Tiffany - that's actually oppression, and the removal of Tiffany's religious freedom.

This is 100% the right choice from the Religious Freedom standpoint AND the logical/legal standpoint.

ahhh.. based on the title and tags, I thought your main beef was with Religious Freedom vs. Medical care. I hear ya - our legal system is BONKERS - and that's for white people problems like this. It's only worse if you've got more than a little melanin in your system.
