Pea protein, canola oil and coconut oil, with other stuff. The red comes from beet extract. Impossible burger is soy brutalized to within an inch of its life with soy leghemoglobin or "heme." Both are better for the environment than cows. Both taste like beef the way a soy hot cocoa tastes like cocoa or gluten free bread tastes like bread. All testaments to their amazeballs nature are aspirational. I've been known to stack a couple hamburger patties and a couple gardenburger patties with cheese, onions and mayo and eat them like a little torte. It offends everyone.
