The Plateau has been overrun by French immigrants because while it’s one of the most expensive neighborhoods, the rent price is super cheap compared to Europe. On the plus side, there will probably be a nice bakery not far from your p’ace. It’s a fun neighborhood, one of my favorites (but that’s my inner hispster taking).
