I was always the kid who would grab the electrified fence, something about my character I guess.
My cousins used to live next to a property with an electrified horse fence. As kids, we all touched it at some point. I remember my brother making the mistake of putting his palm on it: the current made his hand clench, and grab onto the wire. The fence ran alongside a pond, and we used to catch frogs and turtles there with a long aluminum-handled net. I recall leaning the net against the fence, and then asking my younger cousin to grab it for me. Good times.
