Wow, that's big news for a small place! I look forward to seeing how well this performs and how the general population feels about it in the coming months. Although, this is still Very early, it's almost just a "yeah, we should do this guys," I have high hopes.

Living, for now, in a place with a ridiculously high homelessness rate, I think this is a positive change. I've seen what people need to do to make ends meet.
