For me it's the word "actually." It's use has skyrocketed in recent years, it's the new "like." I've deleted pod cast because hosts can't stop using it.

It bugs me too. But I still unintentionally use it. I added a comment, read this, then went back to edit out the 3 unnecessary instances where I used the word. But I left in the word "literally".
