Nobody said it would be shocking or "different." It's just nice to actually see. The way the albumen stays attached to the yolk did surprise me.

Thanks for the response, I was just curious if I was missing something beyond how "cool" it is. -and it is pretty cool. You can tell he's having fun with it.
