I've been riding my bike to work recently. The bike path I take follows a river and goes under several roads and railroad track bridges that attract a lot of graffiti. Much of it is a waste - just no-talent hacks drawing their gang names in one color.
But the other day I was pleasantly surprised by this piece of street art. It is no bigger than my hand. I noticed it in the morning and snapped these pics on the way home for my fellow hubskiers to enjoy. This is one of the things that just makes my week.

What a nice thing to enjoy on your way in and home from work. How are you liking riding your bike to work? My father has done this off and on again but he always seems happiest when it's "on again".
I was searching for a piece of stencil art by Shepard Fairey that I remember seeing on Hubski but couldn't find it. That said, I did find this awesome collection that is worth checking out. Thanks for sharing steve, enjoy those bike rides.

yah - I am also on again off again with the riding... more off than on. It's ten miles each way, which isn't THAT long... but it is a commitment, and sometimes I just don't have the extra time in the day to pull it off. But you're right. I am a much happier person when I am ON. It's so much nicer than commuting in the big steel box.

I couldn't do it, only because I sweat profusely. The office would quickly smell like a gym locker room.
