Just wanted to let you guys know that my therapy is go. I've been feeling refreshed lately, full of strength; figured that now's the perfect time to get this thing rolling.
My uni has a therapist, as it turned out. I've made an appointment for tomorrow. Let's see how this will work out for me. Being honest with a living human being right before myself would probably be challenging, but given that I'm going to talk to a trained psychologist, I expect things to roll smoother since I'd feel free to speak my feelings straight.
Things are definitely changing for the better.
That's great news, I'm glad you have gone ahead with it. Also if you do not get on with your therapist, shop around! Your uni may have others available and ultimately you need to find someone you're comfortable with and can develop a trusting relationship with.
