From what I can tell, it's posts that were once drafts reverting on reboot. I'm guessing there is a mismatch between the file and the database.

The id=318622 post by u/lil seems to get a lot of this. There was a comment by u/AshleyR that appeared. Then disappeared, I asked her why she deleted it? She said she didn't : it had reverted on itself to a draft. She posted it again. I responded to that comment. And now it is gone again, but my response is still there.
