Almost done with the hotel. I don't think I am going to add any more detail, just some color work.

Starting to think about my next painting.

I'm still doing 20 push-ups before every shower. I am going to start running a bit. I hate running, but it is an efficient way to get exercise.

Running is a better cardiovascular workout, regardless of calorie count. Consider it beneficial stress.

Yeah, for someone aiming for a calorie deficit, running will only account for a tiny portion. Your intake will be the deciding factor, from my experience and understanding.

It sure feels different. If that's true, walking is kind of lame if it is only slower.
