I haven't had a chance to listen to the article yet. The thought of meeting your former self is quite an interesting thought experiment. Similar to the old trick of finding your "direction" by imagining what people would say about you at your funeral. Still the thought of actually speaking to the 18-year-old me makes me very happy we can't time travel.
