I want to try some now. I have some lackluster homebrew sitting around which I can envision as being better in jelly form. I may have to experiment.

I mean, I love beer... But beer jelly? The whole idea just makes me feel ill...

As someone once told me: If you don't like alcohol, you probably never experienced forcing yourself in high school to finish your drink to seem "cool."

I beg to differ - BEER may be acquired, but I hadn't had a drop until I was 21 and FUCK do I love me some good Vodka/Rum/Whiskey. There's something about the flavor of alcohol itself, too, that I like.

So for some it may be acquired, and for some it's natural, and for some others it may never come.
