You can make that 5 people. Vox is right, he is impossible to embaress which gives him an invincibility almost unseen in nature and completely non-existent in politics.

Edit: the most pertinent exchange of the night:

Q: You've also supported a host of other liberal policies, you've also donated to several Democratic candidates, Hillary Clinton included, Nancy Pelosi. You explained away those donations saying you did that to get business related favors. And you said recently, quote, when you give, they do whatever the hell you want them to do.

TRUMP: You better believe it... I will tell you that our system is broken. I gave to many people. Before this, before two months ago, I was a businessman. I give to everybody. When they call, I give. And you know what? When I need something from them, two years later, three years later, I call them. They are there for me. And that's a broken system.

Q: So what did you get from Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi?

TRUMP: I'll tell you what. With Hillary Clinton, I said, be at my wedding and she came to my wedding. You know why? She had no choice! Because I gave.

Fox News threw everything they had at him, they did it on national television, and he didn't flinch.

I didn't watch the debate, but from the clips they played on Morning Edition, it seemed like Fox was being fed some of the questions by the RNC. Why would they ever ask anyone to pledge allegiance to the Party? WTF is this, communist Russia?

Trump knows what American's want to see. The guy had a highly successful reality TV show. I haven't watched FOX News in years, but I watched last night. Its amazing to me the level to which they have clearly picked their favorites. I watched "spin alley" for about 5 minutes post debate. Their assessment was that Trump did "alright," but that he was rude to Megan Kelly and that this was "unacceptable." Last thing FOX wants is Trump. He's not a predictable bed-fellow.

The best question came from someone asking if "God has told them what their first action as president should be?" -What the fuck? Seriously?

Also, my brother and I both were amazed that a question asking whether candidates would support abortions for people that were raped or were victims of incest, was asked or is even a question in this day and age. What if any of their daughters were raped and were impregnated by the scumbag? You think... maybe their tune would change? -Disgusting.

How did the GOP end up here?

How are my options as a voter so incredibly shitty?
