Agree with your points, mk. I don't understand what he's talking about. How else should we find things that interest us online? How else are we supposed to do research on randomly interesting things? Am I just supposed to type in random URLs until I find the information I'm looking for? That's what we used to do. Porn.com. Boobs.com. And guess what, those sites were shit. http://boobs.com/ isn't even pictures of boobs!
It isn't that I've lost my boob picture collection. I'm not trying to find it. When I do lose a link to some cool thread or picture, I use google to try to find it. And it rarely returns the right result without some tweaks, usually because I'm choosing the wrong selection of words. How will asking Siri "hey I need that youtube video I saw at Joey's house 2-6 months ago that had that really awesome cat that did that face thing. Can you find it for me?" going to accomplish anything?
